Maybe Vesto will get a long overdue dose of humility as a mere office appliance.
This reminds me of another story about a Work Order…
I just love the use of the word “falangal” .. wonder how the stapler may help with their impending doom. (:
Just found you a few days ago .. beautifully drawn and excellent repartee!
I hope this doesn’t go the way of the light in the shop at that magical place… poor Vesto…
LOL! That’s a good one!
Poor Vesto? He needs a comeuppance for the way that he treated Lighthouse!
“Falangal” may be rooted in “phalange?”
AHG! You are right, sysarc, and is my face red! I am usually pretty good at spelling… and I KNEW “phalange” is not spelled “falange”. I KNEW this! AHG! And here I thought I was being clever, making up the word ‘phalangal”, but ruined it with bad spelling. So, everyone, should I change it? Or, since we all did so well with the “no-tail” explanations(see the March 17, 2010 strip comments), do you have any rationalizations for the alternate spelling? Help? Or change?
Keep it… I, of course, did not notice!
